Before building an AI pilot, put its decision, boundary, and fallback on one page that others can understand.

A feature list alone does not tell the team which question the experiment is meant to answer.

Specify the input channel, users, allowed outputs, exclusions, and the effort the business is prepared to contribute.

Agree on representative examples and acceptance evidence. Ask someone outside the project to explain what would count as done.

Write how the team can stop testing and return to ordinary work. A clear charter makes a limited experiment manageable.
